Frequently asked questions
How do you quote a project?
In stages. First a technical assessment of the car and the goal, then an itemised quote you approve online. On longer projects each stage is closed before the next one opens.
Do I lose my factory warranty by not going to the dealer?
No. Under EU law (461/2010) you can service your car at an independent workshop using equivalent-quality parts and the manufacturer's schedule — which is what we do.
What about modifications — do they stay road-legal?
Every reference we fit comes with its paperwork. When a modification requires a change to the vehicle's technical record, we tell you up front: what it involves, which documents are needed and what happens at the inspection. We explain it before we touch the car.
How do I follow the work?
When you drop off the car you get a personal link: real-time status, photographs of every stage and the quote to approve.
How long does it take?
Maintenance or diagnostics is usually same-day. A carbon or bodywork project is planned in stages, with written timelines and each part's arrival visible on your link.
What languages do you speak?
Spanish, English and Russian — at the workshop and in writing.
How can I pay?
Card, bank transfer, cash or Bizum. On staged projects, each stage is invoiced as it closes.
